I am worried to tears about Angel. She has never vanished for this long from me before, not in all of over four years since we met, and you know her life is in danger every day because of the way she is.

Just found out Astro's latest stupid scheme: Dubbing Martha Speaks into Tamil



Now, the only reason I liked Martha was because of the voice actor. Martha the reincarnation of Cheer Bear and the deincarnation of Rarity according to the reincarnation tree. Removing that one reason is a boneheaded thing to do, turns her into a zombie. Nevermind that I have two bones to pick with Martha: it has a recurring villain and it's mostly not in my preferred show format which is slice of life.

And oh, the show isn't available in it's original English on other channels on the provider either, nor is it available on other channels available in the country.

Astro is quickly raking up hate points with me this year.

And oh, I need to retype this, apparently I tried to do a command-c in Linux while in the wrong window and lost the original text.

This is made more difficult by 1: Angel selling off her Wii and getting another one (and then not giving any of us her new friend code), and 2: None of us have her cell number

Hmmm, I have her on three different IM accounts. Not sure if this would help, but I sent a message to her on all of them.

Hmmm, I also have her on Google Plus. Messaging her through that too. Also, apparently she's into Lalaloopsy, anyone seen her on any Lalaloopsy forums out there?

How do you mean "her life is in danger every day because of the way she is"?

Btw, I just suggest you to use her other contacts you have. Sending her a PM here might also work - the forum notifies people of their new PMs by e-mail by default.

Well, I wouldn't say that she's hated in the more civilized parts of the US compared to our part of the world. Problem is, she's in the midwest, those parts of the US are less accepting compared to the two coasts.

Hmmm, her last post to Google+ was January.

No replies from her.

Facebook has a bunch of Angel Gillespies, but none of them appear to be her...

Frustrating :/

Im not sure what to say about Angel other than that I hope she is alright. I don't really know her that much to be honest. I think the only time we two ever talked was in the chatroom.

I was going to make another post on another subject, but I wonder if I should wait on it....

I know what I will post later tonight at midnight if Dish Network doesn't switch SoapNet to Disney Junior though.

In a little over half hour (or hour, depending on what time zone Dish or Disney rely on for switches), I will know if Dish Network will switch over from SoapNet to Disney Junior.

If the switch is successful, all is well.

If not...an airing of grievance will go out.

Time will tell folks.

Yeah...I know I ticked "Thank You" under the Sentiment column...it's wrong really. I shouldn't have ticked it.

But anyway...no Disney Junior on Dish.



As for the "umm...move on?" part, I wasn't sure what to put there if the two sides don't reach an agreement on carrying Disney Junior. I wouldn't cancel Dish completely, since DirecTV doesn't have Disney Junior at all (but Im not entirely sure since I don't have DirecTV)

I am certain Disney Junior may arrive on Dish eventually, since they do carry most other Disney channels, except the HD versions of Disney Channel and ABC Family. Perhaps Golden West cable will add it too by the time I get my apartment.

So I am a little saddened by the fact I won't get Disney Junior right away, but it will come. I hope.

Nothing, folks. I have her newest email, and nothing. In fact, from what I have gathered online, I might have been the last person to speak to her, and that was seventeen days ago.

Did she hint at vanishing the last time you spoke to her? This is highly unusual of her, given how she usually tells us when she's going to go without internet for a while (I think the last time this happened, she estimated it would be 6 months?). Well, in any case, I hope she comes back soon. No response from any of the IM clients, no response on Google+, and I don't have her on Facebook.
