So I ended up cannibalizing BingoBeaver for parts to fit into Clementine.
Not too bad. BingoBeaver's hardware is already outdated, badly (wtf do you mean, Socket 1156 Intel CPUs are no longer being made?!? YOU ONLY MADE CPUS THAT USES THAT SOCKET FOR ONE YEAR, INTEL! ). What currently remains of Bingo will be donated to my uncle who needs a faster PC, while Bingo's place will shortly be taken over by another PC that will take over Kiki II's retrogaming abilities (which I don't have a name for yet).
Any remains of Bingo that is still with me will be redone into a mini-server later on down the road.

Aaargh I need to vent! (But if someone can provide solution, that will be much appreciated)
I want to download this one game for my phone, but my phone has no internet and I don't want to spend money for internet pack just so I can download and install one game. I tried alternate ways by downloading the apk file from somewhere else and install it manually, but all apk files I found for the game are diluted by unlimited money mod. No, sir. I don't want unlimited money. I want to play normally and legitimately.

Are data plans require for internet use expensive in Indonesia? Personally, I just have a basic flip-phone and I do all my internet activities on Daffodil with the built in WiFi.
Does your phone have WiFi?

Wade has a point, Sandy. Does your phone have WiFi? Just turn off cellular Internet and turn on wifi, and you're good to go. Alternatively, take out the SIM card from your broadband dongle (I recall you say you have one?) and put it into the phone. Yes, it will work. You won't be able to receive calls, but then you'll have unlimited Internet. That is, assuming the phone isn't sim-locked.

Hmm, where to connect the wifi to? I actually tried that but my laptop's wireless network doesn't appear on my phone's list of detected network. I no longer use the broadband dongle, so the subscription is already put off since long ago.
In any case, this morning I used my college's wifi network, but it seems PlayStore is currently bugged. I kept getting invalid package error. Tried downloading a few different games and the result was the same. My friends also experienced that error.
Ah well, I'll wait until Monday.

I think it's your college's network is censoring Internet traffic. Most colleges do that- forcing students through a proxy server that may be set to block anything they think is "not beneficial" to students.
One reason I extremely hate censorship. My college even blocked forums! :x

Gone for the weekend. James and I will be providing campsite aide for participants of a big adventure race through wilderness. We're there to make sure they're all right and help anyone injured.

My old college, DSU, had such a proxy... "Cisco Clean Access". I was still able to access this forum, but I had issues connecting to IRC. 'Clean Access' blocked some IRC ports.
And thanks to "Clean Access", Elsie couldn't connect to the internet. Normally with a laptop, you could connect to the WiFi network and stay connected, but you would be presented with a login page when you open the web browser. Elsie however couldn't connect to Nintendo's servers because of this, and it wouldn't stay connected to the WiFi network as a result.
