Actually, to throw bombs, you shake the Wii Remote. Tongue

Finally picked up the Prisma w/ Lite Wand (I already have Bleak and Astra), and I am having an absolute blast. Seriously, picking up colors from stuff (mostly my crochet magazines) and using them on the sprites is more fun than it should be. Unfortunately, the wand has no mute, so I can only play with it when Dave isn't around.

Good luck with that. That setup doesn't work for me.

And I'm still upset that I'm not allowed to drive down to Singapore.

I guess it's true, no one cares about me over here. Otherwise Internet censorship wouldn't exist and I'd be getting Boomerang already. And oh, the Care Bears would visit.

Ah, Metal Slug. I played it on PS1 and PS2 and I usually assign a fourth button (Triangle) for the vehicular kamikaze attack. Btw, Metal Slug 6 requires another button to activate alternate attack (Particularly the two new characters).

Because it's your destiny to turn over a new page?

Thank goodness you can redownload Wii Shop content. Elsie's SD card apparently has issues. Two Master System titles I downloaded to it wouldn't launch, neither would "101 in 1".

So, I moved all the games that were readable to her internal memory while I swapped the SD card with a higher quality PNY brand 2GB card. I also had to redownload those two Master System games (Sonic 1 and 2) as well as "101 in 1".

Ruby the Second....my new secondary TV...has arrived.

Here is how my naming conventions with TVs work.....they are similar to David's. New set gets same name as previous set. My computer naming style is different...no name can be reused. So if I got a laptop to replace Wendell, it has to be given a new name.

Anyway, Problem with Ruby I was her light sensor which adjusts her contrast in regards to the ambient light in any given room. Yeah...for a console TV set made in 1984, it has some rather advanced features. Unfortunately, because my room is normally lit by desk lamps, the light sensor doesn't pick up enough light and the picture remains rather dark compared to Anna-Lena. One solution is to turn up the brightness all of the way, but it makes dark scenes appear grey. Another solution is to just get a desk lamp and shine it at the light sensor, but it would look rather awkward, and I have the problem of too little electrical outlet space. There is no way to disable the light sensor either.

So...on the trip to "The Store" (that is what it's called..."The Store", a nice second hand shop), I found a neat little 13'' Zenith set made in 1987. After some adjustment, the picture quality is stellar! Way better than old Ruby.

Much smaller than Ruby the First, but it will do. Smile Ruby (First and Second) got demoted to secondary after getting Anna-Lena. Ruby is currently used as my home TV since Anna-Lena is somewhat heavy to bring back home for a three and a half-week vacation.

Today is my friend Tina's birthday, and also the day I am officially in the "safe zone" in my pregnancy. If my babies were born today, that would be terrifying, but they would have very high chances to survive.

That's nothing new. That's been going on for years.
