 Were you asleep during the pine cone catapulting and the, ah, actual fighting scenes, or the part where Peppermint could have hit the monkey with her boomerang or - ?

The episodes were fun and I will not censor them, but I do think they include the most violent parts of the series. Tongue

Custard and Pupcake throw strawberries (and bananas or ice cream or whatever that was) at each other, everyone. You know, objects that could not have hurt them. Priorities!

Hmmm... Considering setting my next song parody to Lady Gaga - Born This Way / Weird Al - Perform This Way.

The upbeat music and the chords just feels like the right type to use to lash out and vent, a sharp 180 from my last song in which I lament about my lost to bullies, to signify restabilization of my emotions.

Too bad I don't have a title for it yet. Or any lyrics going at the moment for that matter, except that I also felt like throwing in "and a boot to the head" in one stanza of a verse.

Parallels Desktop all set up..again! Running much better than before since I used WinXP this time around.

This is Coherence...where Windows windows are blended in with the Mac OSX Environment. It works rather well, though I learned later that VirtualBox has the same feature. Although with Parallels, the Taskbar is completely hidden and the system tray icons go up to the place where the other Mac OSX icons go, the top right.

However, I occasionally have to switch it out of Coherence if I want to run a game that asks for fullscreen. If not, then the Coherence feature gets glitchy, and eventually drops back to a standard VM window. Some of my older games have to be run in a lower resolution anyway since those will refuse to launch and say they "can't find the video mode".

In the screenshot above, I have an old shareware Windows game called "MacBlaster", a Windows Explorer Window, Vox (yeah, I started using it again), and Preview.

As for MacBlaster....yeah. I installed it off an old shareware games disc I have, mainly because of the fact you can now run an Windows-based anti-Mac app on a Mac. Tongue Im not against Macs (or else Lilly would have been a Win7 box), but I just ran it for laughs.

I wonder if the developer, whose name is in the screenshot, would ever think of the day you could run Windows apps on a Mac.
I love foxes, especially the one in my avatar.

Or the day the Mac is just an overglorified PC Tongue

Being that it runs on the same x86/x64 architecture as non-Apple PCs. Troll

Managed to get the old TS1 buy music to work on The Sims 3. There's still some research to do, though - I did get the Battlefield 1942 load tune to work, but there's a glitch in the beginning of the loop.

I don't understand why immigration demands that I have at least a quarter million dollars in their currency or they won't let me independently immigrate.

I miss Angel. She either disappeared or we're never online at the same time anymore.

Well, I've been thinking of immigrating to Australia a few times, but been thwarted because I was told that they want to see a bank account under your name with said amount of money before they'd let you move over.

The only way to get over there without having to show that you have enough money is to get some company over there to hire you first, then submit some kind of letter. But apparently my luck hasn't been too good with online job applications from that country- according to an aunt, they prefer to hire Indian nationals for IT tasks. And IT is the only thing I'm good at.
