Good News:
I did not break myself. Whatever is wrong has nothing to do with my habits.

Bad News:
Whatever is wrong could, over decades, become quite serious. Adult-onset tics, especially after forty, usually are the first symptoms of horrible diseases. I've been pouring over medical books and the net, and almost everything I can find talks about shortened life spans, fatality, dementia, and so on. There's mentions of inheritance through one's mother's line, as well. My mother died with dementia (and would have lived longer with it if strokes hadn't done her in), my aunt is dying with it, and it's likely my grandmother and great-grandmother also died with it. Several females in my family have died with it.

If I can stop this ahead of time, I will. I will not depart without both my memories and my zest for living in the moments. I've told myself this ever since I was a child who knew her grandmother and the mother of her grandmother had passed forgetting everything.

This means EEGs and MRIs... again...

Brain scans, in other words.

I can't take further action after that until March, most likely. The baby is due for March, and it so happens that, with the way brain testing works, I'll have to wait until around March to receive an official prognosis. That's fine. I have decades, maybe decades and decades, to prepare if this what I suspect. If it's not what I suspect, well, either way, hope and knowledge are our best guides.

I believe you will get through and you should do as well.

Droid. Nuff said. Anyway, I've just installed an image auto-resizer plugin here; you may now upload Xbox-huge images without worrying about size issues.

Indeed. Quite an epic phone I may add. The only weakness is that the 3G radio part is $#@**& dual-band only. Even the older HTC TyTN had a quad-band radio :/

Maybe it can be hacked into running in quad mode tho. The US 850/1900 version of the phone is called the Status, and is said to be identical hardware-wise. If that is true, then the difference is only in software drivers.

The best part of having an Android is that you can do whatever I want. Heck, there's even a version of Winamp for the OS. Troll

I always have nothing to say in conversations about technology.

Don't I always? Wink

Quote:A Dragon son is preferred because he will go forth in the world, overcome obstacles, succeed, and return to the family and increase their fortune. A Dragon daughter is not desired because she will not willingly submit to the Confucian "three virtues for women" which are that a daughter obey her father, a wife obey her husband, and an old woman obey her eldest son. Thanks to the women's movement, modern Dragon women also can go forth and succeed. Regardless of gender, Dragons tend to marry later in life, if at all, since they are unwilling to to let go of adventures and dreams to live within the confines of an ordinary domestic life.

Well, I'm a Dragon woman and I consider myself more submissive to the men in my life than most women of my country are. The quote's latter part is more fitting, at least, except that an ordinary domestic life is my dream that I long sacrificed to help another. I do have an adventurous side of my own, though.

Ben's kid was born in the Year of the Hare, like him... and Sandy. If things go right, I'll have another Dragon, like me. I was supposed to be a Snake and I missed it by less than half a month. At any rate, my hopeful Dragon will be a Water Dragon. Amy Tan is a Water Dragon of the last cycle. I've noticed something. It is impossible for females to have children born in both their Zodiac year and Wu Xing Phase. Did the Chinese purposefully make it this way?

Here's another thought, one which has an answer that's important in the present time:

What if I'm once again carrying more than one child? Multiple births are genetic and I had a dream about having quadruplets this time, two of each gender!

They hugged me right away in the dream, even though newborns can't do that, and I loved them all very much. The thought is still... AAAAAAAAAH! If something like that does happen, oh my goodness... There's making up for lost time and then there's insanity. There is a difference between the two.

Now that I work full time, Sundays feel so... precious.

Welcome to real life, I guess.

Jess and Quetzal II just gave me a bloody heart attack >.>
I turned on Jess and it says that there's a system update. Okay, I downloaded the update and installed it as usual.

Upon restart, the menus all come on as usual, but there's no sound -.-

I panicked and checked the usual stuff (mute button, volume, PS3 audio settings), but couldn't find a solution.

Then it hit me to turn Quetzal II off and back on. That fixed stuff Confusedhock:

Weird.

Just upgraded my Galaxy 5 to Froyo via Kies. It's a good thing that Samsung has finally decided to go on and release a version of Froyo for some of their Galaxies, but it's a shame that Flash still ain't available for the time being.
