Lemon Meringue
#1
I've been reading Wikipedia, and I wondered...

Quote:In this incarnation of the franchise, her leanings towards style and glamor remain, in that she runs a beauty salon out of her home on Lemon Lane in Strawberryland. Her pet, however, has changed to a yellow skunk named Sourball. In the new updated version, Lemon Meringue seems to have an especially close friendship with Raspberry Torte.

In which episodes are the underlined pieces of information revealed? Or are they revealed in some other media (books, toys, etc.), not in the TV series?

They were stated on the website, back in the day. I don't think those tidbits ever made it into the show, but I'm fairly certain there was a toy of Sourball released.

Evalana is right. Sourball was a toy and mentioned in the website, but was never seen on the show. Lemon's home and business were never seen on the show, either, but were also mentioned on the website.

Ahh, you never get to know the Strawberry Shortcake universe well enough, if you only rely on the TV series... Sad

Yeah, there was a lot of stuff that never made it into the TV series. Like the entirety of Watermelon Kiss' personality.

Well, either way, it's very dangerous to take Wikipedia at a serious level when it comes to some article. SSC, unfortunately, happens to be one of said article. For some reason people just want to vandalize the pages much. I just got rid of a bunch of hooey a few days ago (who's Pallmama?) and added back data on the Year 2 girls that was somehow blanked off the page. Now someone has added something about Mr. Longface Caterpillar discovering some wierd disease called "Gwoopawookaswagiidous"? Is that even legal? It looks like something a seizure victim spewed out.
The Best Medicine > Magic. Because SCIENCE! can prove the former.

Typical behaviour of some ten-year old kid on the interwebs. Hell, there was even one who posted a picture of her Barbie doll, as a character "portrait" of Courtney from As Told By Ginger. Upon seeing it I thought to my self, what the hell is that kid smoking?

Even the admins at an American Girl wiki I contribute to would find them kids a PITA.

That's probably from the episode "Berry Bitty World Record," where Mr. Longface read this book and though the girls had Goofyloopus Sillyitis (or something like that) because they were acting strangely. So yeah, that one's half-legitimate.
