Chrome on Linux, Firefox on Windows. For the same reason, on Linux Firefox has horrible Flash issues, and Chrome does for me on my Windows.

Linux only comes with basic support for those and you need to use proprietary drivers to get the most out of them. Due to the insistence of NVidia and AMD, Linux does not come with drivers for those built in and they must be downloaded and installed separately.
